Agreement

By creating a Humsafar account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Humsafar is a venue for consenting adults to talk. We are not a dating agency and we do not guarantee matches, income, or outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, use your own Indian mobile number, and give accurate profile information. One person may not run multiple accounts to evade a ban.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, scam, impersonate, share sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, or try to move people off the app with phone numbers, UPI IDs, or social handles. The app blocks those contact details in chat.

We may warn, restrict, or ban accounts that break these rules or applicable law.

Wallet and paid calls

Wallet top-ups are in Indian rupees through Cashfree. Credit is applied only after Cashfree confirms the payment — not when the checkout screen closes.

Paid partner calls are billed per minute from your wallet. Platform commission is deducted before a partner can request a payout. Payouts need admin approval and a name-matched bank account.

Unused wallet balance is not a bank deposit. If you delete your account, remaining balance is forfeited and is not refunded, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise.

Partners

Partners must complete identity verification and keep bank details accurate. Being a partner is not employment by Humsafar. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Ending the service

You may delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account) after ending live calls. Pending payout requests are cancelled automatically; a payout already sent to Cashfree must finish first. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
