Delete your Humsafar account

In the app (required path)

1. Open Humsafar and sign in.

2. Go to Profile.

3. Tap Delete account.

4. Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

This is the same control Apple and Google require inside the app. You do not need to email us.

What we delete

Your phone number is released so you can register again later. Your name, photo, bio, languages, interests, devices, and optional memories are removed. You disappear from Home and partner browse.

Messages and calls you already had with someone else may stay on their side as a deleted account. Payment and payout ledgers stay for accounting. Unused wallet balance is forfeited.

If you cannot open the app

Email hello@humsafar.chat from the mobile number on the account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request before deleting.

You cannot delete the account while a call is in progress or a payout is already being paid out by Cashfree. End the call or wait for that payout to finish. Pending payout requests are cancelled when you delete.
